Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major payment methods, including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal and Shopify Payments.

How much are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping throughout the EU. During the winter months we also offer local pickup in Munich.
How long does shipping take?
Here are the estimated delivery times:
- Domestic (Germany): 1-3 working days
- EU countries: 5–10 working days
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so that you can track the status of your delivery at any time. If you have any further questions about shipping times, please feel free to contact our customer service!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Delivery times and costs may vary depending on the destination country. Please ask us about this.

1. Do I have a right of withdrawal as a consumer?
Yes, as a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days without giving any reason
2. How long do I have to cancel my contract?
The cancellation period shall be 30 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the goods.
3. How can I cancel the contract?
You can send us your cancellation in writing by email, post or fax. You can use either our sample cancellation form or write your own, clear statement.
4. Do I have to use the sample cancellation form?
No, the use of the model cancellation form is not mandatory. It is sufficient if you send us a clear statement of your decision to cancel the contract.
5. What happens after I revoke my consent?
After cancellation, we will refund all payments you have made, including delivery costs (except for additional costs for different delivery options). The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving your cancellation.
6. When will I receive my refund?
We will refund you no later than 14 days after we have received your notification of cancellation. However, we may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of having returned the goods.
7. Who bears the return costs?
We will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Please contact us to obtain a shipping label.
8. What do I need to consider when returning the goods?
You must return the goods to us no later than 14 days after your cancellation. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14 days.
9. Do I have to pay for any loss in value?
You are only liable for any loss of value of the goods if this is due to handling of the goods which goes beyond checking their quality, properties and functioning.
